   Agera, the Swedish verb "to act", has been selected as the new Koenigsegg Super name creation, because it symbolizes the Koenigsegg philosophy well. Koenigsegg always strive forward, seeking challenges beyond limitations. New supercar Koenigsegg Agera is the result of the creative process and its functions respond very well to the name given.

   Koenigsegg has also developed a new type of light called the interior illumination of the Spirit. Illumination shines through the billet aluminum and the surface in a way invisible nanotubes, creating excellent visibility of the symbols, as well as a very clean and stylish, framed by a new console all the carbon fiber center and tunnel assembly.

  The Koenigsegg Agera also features a 15.4-inch and 14.9-inch ventilated ceramic discs and drilled for unparalleled braking performance and zero-fade braking regardless of track or road conditions. Thanks to optimized breathing and twin turbochargers, power is now 940 hp, which runs on regular gasoline. Maximum torque of 811 pounds-ft and is achieved at 5100 rpm. There are more than 737 lbs.-ft. torque available from 2680 to 6100 rpm.

   Agera ini didukung oleh in-house dikembangkan 5.0-liter twin- turbocharged mesin V8 yang memproduksi 940 hp pada 6900 rpm dan 1100 Nm torsi pada 4000 rpm. Berat total mesin hanya 197 kg (434 lb) berkat manifold asupan serat karbon dan aluminium konstruksi. Transmisi kopling ganda 7-speed dengan paddle shifter. Ini adalah transmisi kopling ganda pertama untuk fitur hanya satu poros input.
